It was horrible. Place a call in order & the guy ( however answered the phone ) at 3:04pm told me it was going to be 15mins got there and my ordeqas never put in . Every time I try to order from them this happens.
I've tried this place 4 times. Every single time they have messed up my order. This time, I'm sitting here waiting for my pickup 30min past it's ready time because "I don't know what happened back there." I've been forgiving, and came back each time giving them another chance. Now I'm done. Dominos it is from now on.
I ordered something for delivery and the guy over the phone informed me that it would be about 25 minutes, great okay, then an hour and a half later I still do not have my order, I am 9 months pregnant with no form of transportation at this moment and all I wanted was my order and I called to find out what's going on. Not only did no one apologize to me about the hour and a half delay they made excuses and blew me off. I got off the phone and shortly my food was delivered, and it was cold and I did not get the extra sauce like I requested. Never ordering from here again!
Make sure there is sauce on your pizza when you have it delivered. My husband ordered pizza last Friday. We had the dinner box. We got our slices and took a bite & realized it tasted different. We looked & realized there was no sauce on our pizza. It had bread, cheese, & pepperoni. Same with the cheese pizza. We also had bread sticks but no sauce just ranch. The only thing that tasted good was our wings. $28 for that sauce less pizza. Smh I'll never order here again. I would put this as no star but my phone won't let me. Very disappointed.
Friendly staff. However NO hair nets???? Still very friendly and no hair in my food thus far. This pizza hut has been here since I WS a kid, it's still fairly decent. Frankie is always please when I come in. I'm greeted as soon as I enter the restaurant. These are things I value as a customer. Good job in my book
