I had went to several bigger dealerships (with decent ratings) and could not deal with the sales tactics and pressure I endured. Since I went through my bank and everything was set It seemed that the bigger dealerships tried to get me into a vehicle I couldn't afford or wanted me to go through their financing department. However, I did not feel pressure at Rick's auto sales at all. It was relaxed and comfortable. Rick was very accommodating and professional. He explained everything and, in general, treated me like I'd expect someone who wants your continued business would. Hannah and Chris were also great and really helpful. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and I truly feel like I got a good, fair deal with my vehicle.
Extremely quick and pain free process of purchasing a vehicle. Adam personally went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted at the price and rate I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
If you decide to buy a car here...and the cars do seem to be of good quality...just be SURE you get EVERYTHING you want and/or need before you walk out the door. Do not let them give you a "We Owe", do not let them say we will call you back with that information.. And for the love of God... Do Not let them have RICK the Owner have anything to do with your purchase. Everything that has been said about him is true. Without a doubt he has earned his terrible (personal) reputation. The dealership will help you get into a nice vehicle, just DO NOT EXPECT ANY SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. THEY WILL NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU! Please just remember... Have everything you need before you walk out the door with your signed docs and keys!
Decent selection, we bought a very nice Lincoln MKX. The transaction was fairly efficient and we got out in roughly 2 hours. They were definitely willing to negotiate and I think we got a good deal. The Lincoln has been running great. I would do it again. That says a lot. Give them a look and maybe you'll find yourself driving away as happy customer too.
